Customer Relationship Specialist- The Customer Relationship Specialist (CRS) is responsible for providing a high level of support for Benvenuti Oil customers and building customer relationships. This position is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing communications, scheduling appointments, taking payments, and building trust with our customers. This position involves providing consultation on pricing, service plans and billing issues. Maintains schedules, files, and provides exceptional customer support. The CRS reports to the Office Manager and is responsible for providing office support to Benvenuti Oil and related businesses. This includes maintaining office services, office efficiency, customer service and maintaining office records.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming communications by phone and email.
- Maintain schedule of daily service work, installation, and repairs.
- Schedule oil deliveries and service appointments.
- Investigate, prepare correspondence, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service.
- Present a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers.
- Provide high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining prospective new customer account information.
Requirements:
- Preferred 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role
- Minimum of a High School diploma
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Self-motivated, solution oriented, team player and responsible
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment
- Knowledge of office administration
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
HVAC Service Technician- At Benvenuti, we pride ourselves on providing high quality service to our customers along with excellent customer service. We are looking for a Service Technician whose values align with our own and that wants to be part of a team that feels like family. With Benvenuti, you will deliver excellence in customer service as you efficiently perform high-quality maintenance, service, repairs, and installations for our customers Heating and Cooling needs. To be successful in this role, safety and customer satisfaction should be a top priority.
Job will include work on residential Boilers, Furnaces, Water Heaters, Oil Tanks, Ductless Systems, Heat Pumps and Air Handlers. Our service area is southeastern CT focusing primarily from Old Lyme to Norwich to Pawcatuck. Pay based on license, experience and qualifications. Job includes company vehicle, cell phone, laptop, medical benefits, retirement plan with company match, paid training, vacation, holiday, sick time, on-call pay and overtime.
Responsibilities:
- Perform annual heating and cooling maintenance along with safety checks.
- Diagnose issues and make recommendations when necessary.
- Perform repairs to cooling and heating systems.
- Assist with/ carry-out new equipment installations.
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times with customers, fellow employees and supervisors.
- Communicate effectively with other members of the service team, Service Manager and/or office staff.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience residential oil heating & cooling equipment
- State of Connecticut S10, S2 or equivalent trade license
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable with a positive attitude
- Have strong customer service skills
- Have good communication skills
- Able to work independently and be self-motivated
- Have your own hand tools
- Must possess a strong working knowledge of residential heating systems
- Available to work overtime
