Before choosing an oil company, my wife and I did some research, and we are glad that we did! Benvenuti has been very easy to work with from day one. They aren't the cheapest in the area, but I would say that they probably give you the biggest bang for your buck! The budget plan works well, and I never even come close to running out of oil. I've had an oil burner service, two estimates, a manual J calculation, and a heat pump installation / ac condenser replacement performed by them. Jennifer and Ryan gave me the time to ask all the questions I wanted and were very helpful. Jennifer even filled out multiple Eversource / financing / rebate applications for me, and guided me through all the paperwork that I needed to complete on my own. Thanks a lot, Benvenuti.

We were looking for a new high-efficiency heat pump to replace our aging cooling-only system. Benvenuti served us well with a highly-rated system. I've been using Benvenuti for service and oil deliveries since I bought my house about 17 years ago, and they've always been very professional and done very good work. So when it was time for me to replace my old heating system and oil tank, I gave them a call. They spec'd out a new system, which they installed last week. They did a fantastic job, everything looks and works great. I'm very pleased with how everything worked out.

Ryan and Gary were great, let me watch them work as a team. They always asked if location was okay with me before placing new components in permanent place. Basement was clean and all trash removed. Had heat on first day of install as promised.

"We moved to Waterford in 2019 and in doing so, we began trying to form working relationships with a lot of different companies and individuals to help maintain our house. As expected when learning the ropes of a new town, some worked out and some didn't. Out of everyone we've worked with over the past two years though, Benvenuti has easily been the best decision.

We have our boiler and AC systems serviced each year, and Frank at Benvenuti has been the person to perform the work each time. He's knowledgeable, personable, polite, and overall a pleasure to work with. I also like that the same person has been performing the work each year, as he remembers what he's done prior and gives honest feedback on how the systems are running.

Our heat also went out on one floor this past winter during a large snowstorm. It was on a floor we don't spend a lot of time on but after calling Benvenuti, they were willing to send someone over that day. After telling them that wasn't necessary and it could wait until the snow passed, they had a service tech (Laurence) at our front door by 8am the next day to take a look. He was also friendly, informative, and found the source of the problem fairly quickly.

As a final thought, it's also great knowing that we never have to worry about our oil running out by having it on auto delivery. In fact, they've often stopped by to top us off right before large storms hit, which is a huge comfort. Lately our delivery driver has been Abid, so we also want to thank him for his service in keeping our house running smoothly.

"I called several places to get a quote on replacing our furnace. One of which gave us and insanely priced quote. The others never called back to set up and appointment. One came out gave a price and I could never get a hold of him again to get it done. I called Benvenuti and they answered the phone right away, had someone out to my house the next day to give an estimate. I received the written estimate via email within a week and had an appointment to replace the furnace two weeks later. They are also one of the approved places that work with customers using the Smart-E loan. The price was quite a bit more than I wanted to spend but their service was spot on. The guys that came out to do it were awesome. They showed up 8am sharp like they said they would, turned their little radio on and worked HARD all day. Last guy didn't leave until 645. They were awesome with my dogs which was a huge plus. When they showed up the next morning to clean up one of them brought them all treats!

"Outstanding customer service! Had my oil tank replaced and oil delivered from them. I called other companies to provide me a quote and some required being a customer and other straight up did not called me back. However, I called Benvenuti Oil and Ryan came to give me an estimate right away! Tank replacement was a great experience despite the cold weather, they allowed me to know any unplanned changes [that] had to be done to place the new tank (time changes due to snow and the new tank's pipe's dimensions was different from the old one) and they even answered all my questions on the spot. I would strongly recommend them.
